With your permission, we collect a device push notification token to send you updates about your appointments, invoices, and support tickets. This token is stored securely on our server and is used solely to deliver notifications to your device.
Service and Appointment Data
We collect information about the services you book, including appointment dates, service types, and payment status. This information is used to manage your bookings and billing.
Support Ticket Information
When you submit a support ticket, we collect the content of your ticket to provide technical assistance. This information is used solely to resolve your support request.
Files
Files you upload through the App or that we share with you are stored securely on our server and are accessible only to you and King Tides Tech staff.

Your data is stored on a private server operated by King Tides Tech located in Brookings, Oregon. We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — to deliver push notifications to your device.
