King Tides Tech was born from a simple belief — people on the Southern Oregon Coast deserve the same level of Apple support as anyone in Portland or San Francisco.
Hi, I’m Bob.
I’ve spent 15+ years working with Apple technology — first as a technology specialist in education, supporting teachers and students with Apple, Windows, and Chromebook devices across schools in Southern Oregon, and now as the founder of King Tides Tech.

Over those years I’ve helped more than 2,000 people with their Apple, Windows, and Chromebook devices. I’ve seen almost every problem, fixed most of them, and learned that the best tech support isn’t about showing off what you know — it’s about helping people feel confident and capable with their technology.
I started King Tides Tech because our coast deserves better than driving two hours to a city for help with an iPhone, or waiting on hold with a support line that doesn’t know your name.
