What this community has always lacked is local, expert technology support.
For too long, getting real help with an Apple device meant a two-hour drive to Medford, an expensive mail-in repair, or hours on hold with a call center that doesn’t know your name or your situation.

My mission is simple: bring big-city Apple expertise to the coast, delivered with small-town care. To help people feel confident and capable with the technology they rely on every day. To be the tech person you can actually call.
