At your appointment time, open Google Chrome and go to remotedesktop.google.com/support.
Step 3
Generate a code
Click “Generate Code” and read Bob the 12-digit code over the phone or by text.
Step 4
Bob connects
Bob connects securely to your screen and gets to work. You watch everything in real time and can end the session any time.
